Kakashi Hatake from Yondaime's team and now leader of squad 7.He has the sharingan but he isn't and uchiha.Well him and Obito
were friends and on a mission Kakashi was going to be killed by a huge boulder.Obito knocked Kakashi out of the way and Obito's
right half of his body was completly smashed and since Obito is an uchiha.He was able to transfer the sharingan that was in
that eye to Kakashi.
